- Can the blog migration project scope dictate the schedule?

Custom Features
- What customizations are on your blog that are relevant to the move?
- What platform specific features need to be replicated in the new site/blog?
- Is there a log-in area for clients/members that we need to reproduce?
- What beyond pages and posts needs to be moved (Galleries, E-Commerce, Forums, Custom Forms and so on.)?
On the new server or account
- Are we installing WordPress or are you?
- Will your custom WordPress theme be; a duplicate of the existing site design, a new design project for us or are you handling all the design work?
